2022 Annual General Meeting

On November 8th @ 6:30pm we will be holding our Annual General Meeting. Come out to have your voice count, hear what’s on the agenda and run for a board position! Nominations close October 4th.

Role descriptions:

President – Runs the board meetings. Casts vote at meetings in the event of a tie. Helps edit procedures and documents, organises and runs events. Coordinates with SCA.

Vice President – Assists the President. Helps edit procedures and documents, votes during meetings, and helps organise and run events. Coordinates with SCA.

Secretary – Takes notes during monthly meetings. Helps edit procedures and documents, votes during meetings, and organises and runs events.

Social Media Manager – Manages the SCSA FB, IG and website. Ensures information is made available online in a visually appealing manner. Manages incoming messages by responding and directing them to the right place. Helps organise and run events.

Treasurer – Handles the finances for the board. Helps edit procedures and documents, votes during meetings, and organises and runs events.

Board Members – Listen, learn, contribute, discuss, provide insight, vote during meetings, and occasionally complete tasks or investigations before the next meeting.
